In November 2025, Katerina Makriyianni celebrated 10 years of creative journey with a special anniversary event in Paris, the city where her brand first took its international steps. The event took place in the heart of the Marais, at Heureux Les Curieux, a space dedicated to creativity and discovery, marking both a milestone for the brand and a symbolic reconnection with the French capital.

The evening gathered fashion journalists, A-listers, content creators, fashion insiders, buyers, artists and members of the Greek community of Paris, transforming the venue into a vibrant creative meeting point. The energy of Paris met the soul of Crete through a clean, contemporary presentation centered around the material that defines the brand’s identity: the thread.

Guests had the opportunity to discover the anniversary collection “The Story of a Thread”, which highlights the evolution of Katerina Makriyianni’s creative language through the transformations of thread — silk, wool and handcrafted textures embracing metal to form bold, sculptural jewelry pieces. The collection featured sculptural earrings, statement bracelets, striking necklaces with silk details and the brand’s signature delicate pins — small wearable sculptures that add character and structure to any look.

The pieces were displayed on custom-designed stands with a minimal aesthetic, emphasizing the architectural quality of the jewelry and the craftsmanship of the atelier based in Chania, Crete. For the occasion, wines from the Dourakis Winery and traditional Cretan delicacies were brought from Crete, offering guests an authentic taste of Cretan hospitality and the place where the brand’s creative heart beats.

By creating her brand, Katerina Makriyianni has achieved international recognition, with her jewelry worn by celebrities and featured in prestigious fashion publications worldwide. Her creations appeal to those who seek unique, expressive accessories that reflect individuality and strength.
