The 17th Quality Awards by Gastronomos magazine celebrate those who keep authentic Greek gastronomy alive. From chefs preserving local cuisine through their restaurants, to the Naxos cheesemaker accompanied by his three sons, and the fishermen of Amorgos protecting their own catch, all awardees stand out for their authenticity and dedication.
