Lakis Gavalas, is an entrepreneur and a very influential fashion personality.
In 1986, he represented exclusively, and for the first time in Greece, Burberry, the Rive Gauche line by Yves Saint Laurent and the Italian perfumes Acqua di Parme.
Since 1999, he has been designing the Kelly Lakis Bag for Hermès. And on the same date, they represent nearly 85 luxury ready-to-wear brands in Greece, 90% of which are multinationals (Missoni, Fendi, Dolce Gabbana Gucci Dior YSL Dsquared2 Moschino etc.).
In 2000, he decided to launch his own brand, LAK, more affordable and for a younger target.
It moves to its own premises of 20,000 m2 in Kanza, consisting of three buildings, warehouses, offices, a cutting room, a showroom and with a workforce of 300 employees.
Subsequently, in 2013, he became a TV Star, with his participation in Dancing with the Stars, the first year as a contestant and the second as a judge.
In 2020, he became a judge for two years on the show My style Rocks.
ET In October 2021, his autobiography « Lakis Gavalas Loaded » is released by Ankara Publications.
In addition, he acts as an Influencer and Icon on certain products and brands in Greece.
The 4th April 2024, Lakis Gavalas diffused his first YouTube Channel : # Ase Me Tora by Lakis Gavalas.
